July 22, 2026

The U.S. company has added the modern sleepwear brand to a portfolio that includes Natori, Josie Natori, and Skarlett Blue.

Dana-Co LLC has acquired Lunya, the U.S. brand recognized for its elevated approach to sleepwear and its signature washable silk collections. The deal broadens the company’s reach, adding a new category to its portfolio. Founded with the ambition of redefining modern sleepwear, Lunya has built a loyal following through refined design, innovative fabrics, and functional details that blur the lines between sleepwear, loungewear, and everyday dressing.

“Lunya is a brand with a distinct point of view, strong consumer recognition, and tremendous growth potential,” said Zvi Ertel, CEO of Dana-Co LLC. “As Dana-Co celebrates 25 years in business, we are proud to welcome Lunya into our portfolio and support the next phase of the brand’s evolution.” Dana-Co, whose portfolio includes the Natori and Josie Natori licenses as well as its owned brands Skarlett Blue and Oh là là Chéri, said it will support Lunya through its expertise in product development, sourcing, planning, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer operations while preserving the brand’s distinctive identity.
