General Terms and Conditions of Sale These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to the Website that enables subscription and purchase of magazines from one or more publications of PISANI EDITORE s.r.l., hereinafter referred to as “PISANI EDITORE”. Any natural or legal person placing a subscription or magazine order on the Website shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Customer”.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
1.1. Subscription prices for PISANI EDITORE publications are indicated on each page of the Website presenting the subscription offer and sale of the magazines in question, and are expressed in euros, VAT included but shipping costs excluded.

1.2. Shipping costs depend on the Customer’s country of residence and are displayed in the order form once the Customer has selected the destination country for the subscription.

1.3. The prices displayed on the Site are set by PISANI EDITORE and may therefore be changed without notice. However, subscriptions and magazine sales will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

1.4. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
Orders for subscriptions and one or more magazines on the Site are placed through an electronic subscription form in which the Customer enters all the information necessary for PISANI EDITORE to validate the order. Before placing an order, the Customer must ensure they have a working email address for sending and receiving emails. Otherwise, they will not be able to receive order confirmation. The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed via an electronic order form summarizing such contractual information. The computerized records kept on our IT systems under reasonably secure conditions shall be considered proof of order and payment.

ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION
By validating the order via the validation button, the Customer declares that they accept it fully and without reservation. To validate the order, the Customer must have checked the box corresponding to acceptance of all these general terms and conditions of sale and use.

ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability. Should a product become unavailable after the Customer has placed an order, PISANI EDITORE will inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer will then have the option to request cancellation or replacement of the order by writing to: PISANI EDITORE, Ufficio Distribuzione, via C. Colombo 1, 20094 Corsico (MI), Italy.

In the event of permanent unavailability, and if we are unable to provide a product of equivalent quality and price, the order will be automatically canceled.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
The first issue of the magazine for which a subscription has been taken out will be delivered by the first publication date of the chosen title, subject to payment validation by PISANI EDITORE. Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of order. The Customer therefore agrees to receive delivery of the ordered products. PISANI EDITORE’s liability is limited solely to the supply of the products and it cannot in any case be held liable for any inconvenience that may occur during delivery (delays, losses, or errors attributable to the postal service) and/or their use. Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside of France may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties applied upon arrival of the package at destination. Any customs duties and taxes relating to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer. We are not required to verify or inform the Customer about applicable customs duties and taxes; it is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire with the competent authorities of their country.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Purchases made on the Site are payable by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via the PayPal online payment system. The credit card is charged upon order confirmation.

ARTICLE 7 – SECURE PAYMENT
Payment by credit card is completely secure. Bank details are transmitted only once during online payment by credit card. This transmission is carried out securely via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The customer can verify their identity at any time.
